When will my order be shipped?
Our standard delivery will be shipped within 2 working days with Royal Mail 48 tracked, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Our next day delivery service will be shipped on that day so long as the order is placed before 1pm.
What are your delivery options?
Free shipping on orders above £100. For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for local taxes and duties.
UK Standard (2-3 days): £15.00
Europe Standard (5-7 days): £20.00
International Standard (5-10 days): £30.00
What to do if I think my parcel is lost?
All our parcels sent are tracked. If you need further assistance, please email help@mimistudio.co.uk
I have entered my address wrong, can I change it ?
Please email talktome@mimistudio.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can change your shipping label. However, if it is too late you will have to contact your shipping provider
Can I make changes to my order?
Please email talktome@mimistudio.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we may be able to make changes to it. However, if it’s too late you will have to return the items for exchange. See our returns and exchange information here.
